Nangungupahan, Itinaboy ang Mismong May-ari ng Bahay! Kapitan ng Brgy, Kumampi pa sa Tenant!

This could be one of the most bizarre complaints ever. A landlady in Caloocan sought the help of Ben Tulfo and Bitag because her irritating tenant. No, this is not just a simple case of misunderstanding where a tenant fails to pay her rent! Sure, Reggie Salve have been missing a lot of payments, but that wasn't Annabelle Sandaoval's main issue!

As a matter of fact, this landlady was actually very forgiving of missed payments! What she could not stomach was that this renter had the gall to show her some attitude even after all her misgivings! Worse, the tenant refuses to leave even after her final deadline lapsed.

Ben Tulfo decided to respond to the situation. He, along with his staff, traveled to Caloocan to confront the 'kapalmuks' renter. Even after hours of knocking and begging for the tenant to open her door, there wasn't any response from Reggie. This prompted the Bitag team, along with some police operatives, to destroy the lock on the door. It was, after all, Annabelle's property!

At that point, Reggie finally poked her face outside the window! Tulfo's team convinced her to open the door do they could all talk indoors. In the presence of authorities, Reggie could no longer hold her ground. She agreed to leave the premises and allow Annabelle to finally regain her own property.

Just when everyone thought the issue had already been resolved, the area's Barangay Chairman showed up all of a sudden and made a scene. He threatened to file cases against the Bitag team or unlawful entry, as if he didn't know who was the legal owner of the house!

This is the most ridiculous part of the whole thing. "Kaya pala baliktad ang mundo sa lugar na ito, wala sa matinong pag-iisip ang kanilang Barangay Chairman!"
