OTS personnel, inangasan ni Congressman Bertiz sa NAIA-2

Binatikos ng mga netizen ang naging asal ni Congressman Aniceto "John" Bertiz III, matapos mag-viral ang isang kuha ng video na inupload ng MIAA - Airport Police Department mula sa NAIA Terminal 2. Makikitang may kagirian ito na OTS personnel.

Ayon sa post, may pinapatupad na Security Condition Level 2 alert sa nabanggit na terminal.

Lahat umanong pasahero at empleyado ay obligadong mag tanggal ng sapatos para sa final security checkpoint.


Bandang 6:45 ng umaga, September 29, 2018, nang pumasok si Cong. Bertiz sa Final Security Screening, makikitang binalewala lang nito ang isang Screening Officer at imbes na tumugon, hinarass niya ito sabay pinakita ang kanyang ID sa OTS personnel.

Matapos ang insedente, kinuha naman ng kongresista ang ID ng mismong personnel at agad niyang pinatawag ang MIAA General Manager na si Ed Monreal para ipatanggal umano ang pobreng Screening Officer.

Marami naman ang pumuri kay Imee Marcos sa pagsunod nito ng tama sa security protocol.

Habang umani naman ito ng samot-saring reaksyon mula sa mga netizen. Anila, ito ay isang uri ng pang-aabuso sa karapatan at kapangyarihan. Marami ang nagtaas ng kilay at nagsabing dapat alisin ito sa pwesto at bigyan ng karampatang parusa.

Matandaang nag-trending rin ang nasabing kongresista sa social media dahil sa kontrobersyal na speech nito sa nakaraang oath taking ng mga engineers nitong ika-26 ng Setyembre.

Sinabi nito na ang hindi nakakakilala kay SAP Bong Go ay hindi bibigyan ng lisensya. Na sya namang biro ng congressman ayon dito.

Ngunit hindi ito tinanggap ng marami bilang biro. Dagdag pa dito, inaako naman ni Bertiz ang responsibilidad kung anuman ang kahinatnan ng isyung ito. Matatandaang humalili ito sa isang speech na dapat ay dadaluhan ni Bong Go.

All passengers and employees are required to take off their shoes at the final security checkpoint respectively.

Happened at around 6:45am September 29, 2018.

First enters Imee Marcos, kindly took off her shoes following security procedures.

Then enters this ignorant polpolitician, Congressman Aniceto "John" Bertiz III, as per instructions, was advised to take off his shoes, but deliberately ignored the screening officer and went in.

Then harrassed and shoved his damn ID unto the OTS personnel's face and took the officer's ID.

Violating a lot of security protocols and to our expectation, called MIAA General Manager Ed Monreal to Terminate the Screening officer.

WTF, Mr. Congressman! 'Di ka presidente para ma-exempt sa SOP's, mayabang ka!

Abusive of the authority given to you by the people! Kapal ng mukha mo.

Simple instructions, you can't even follow?

May utak kaba? You call yourself a public servant? Shame on you ignorante!"
