Alamin ang Naging Lagay ni James Reid Matapos Ang Nakakatakot na Aksidenteng Ito!

Some roles are more challenging than others. For instance, James Reid's stint as a leading man for various rom-coms will never be as difficult as his role in Pedro Penduko. For the latter, he had to learn a lot of physical stuff like Parkour, Muay Thai, and other martial arts. Now, not to say that James Reid is not fit for any of these-- but the training really takes its toll even on the healthiest of bodies!

There is a snapping point to everyone, and James just found his. He announced that taping for the much-anticipated show was postponed, because he had to nurse an aching shoulder. Apparently, while training for the role and while doing some of the physical demands mentioned above, James popped his shoulder.

Now, it might be nothing too serious, but it means James had to bed rest for a while!

James however is a good sport and a dedicated artist. Not a lot of people noticed it, but James said his shoulder was still in a lot of pain when he attended the press conference for the concert of The Crew, along with Billy Crawford and Sam Concepcion.

What exacerbated the magnitude of the incident is that-- the love of his life, Nadine Lustre, wasn't even around when the unfortunate thing happened. See, Pedro Penduko is the first project of James where Nadine is not her leading lady.

Nadine is also trying to strike out on her own, with a movie featuring a different leading man. Still, the two remain very proud and supportive of each other.

In the meanwhile, James just needs a couple of weeks to rest before he could get out there and resume training for his much-awaited role!
