OFW surprises kids by dressing up as a waitress

It's never easy to be far from home. You'll miss everyone. Your family, your friends, the place you grew up in. In the case of OFWs it's multiplied by a tenfold because you're not just far from your family, you're uprooted from your own country. And you brave it all just to provide for your family.

And so, you can only imagine the joy it feels to go home. After more than a year working in a foreign land, an OFW who comes home would most definitely be a sight to see.

But this Filipina balikbayan took it up a notch.

Instead of a simple reunion in the airport or at home, this OFW planned to surprise her two beloved kids.

Yes, as you can see, she's all dressed up as a waitress of a local restaurant in the Philippines.

She asked her family to bring her two children to the said restaurant. The kids unknowingly followed suit.

For the perfect disguise, she even took orders from other customers who were actually sitting next to the two kids.

The two boys were unaware that the woman serving customers right next to them is their lovely mother!

And even as the mother served the kids themselves, they just innocently looked on.

With the face mask, they wouldn't really recognize their mother!

And when other employees were smiling at the kids and their mother, that's when they finally caught on!

The family was immediately in tears!

It's just a wonderful thing that people take one more step just for their loved ones. This reunion is just one example that mothers would really do anything for their children.
