It is heartwarming to see what family members are willing to do for each other, especially at a time of most need. However, veteran actor Robin Padilla took stepped up and gave his nephew Daniel Padilla not just any gift-- but an extravagant one.

If you've ever seen Daniel Padilla's coffee commercial, you would know by now that he never had it easy. It didn't really matter at first that his last name was 'Padilla,' or that he came from a long line of legacy actors.

Everything he has now, he had to struggle and work hard for.

Still, all of us could get by with a little help from those who love us. It all started when Daniel's mother-- Karla Estrada-- informed his brother Robin Padilla that Daniel was about to start his acting career.

Binoe must have been so proud and so concerned for the boy that he decided to give Daniel a gift that he would forever be thankful for -- a Starex car worth P600,000!


It's not just an expensive gift. It is also a thoughtful one when you think how much a good car is worth for a budding artist who has yet to earn substantially in the taxing business.

Up until now, Daniel and his mother could not forget that it was Binoe who got them their very first car. Surely, no matter where they go next, they will always be thankful for this extra gesture that Robin extended to them-- back when they were still having a difficult time.
