It's a very painful thing when love escapes a marriage. Like in the case of Lyngen and Meljude-- all that's left of their once-glorious relationship are resentful memories and sad stories of where it all went wrong. It was Meljude who first came to the show of Raffy Tulfo to seek help in gaining the custody of their child. He claims that Lyn went on an extramarital relationship and got pregnant.

Eventually, this was proven to be true. However, the confrontation scene between the estranged couple broke many, many hearts. It would seem that both of them made mistakes in the relationship, and weren't able to work it out in time. At least, with the help of Raffy Tulfo, they were able to hash out these differences.

Meljude puts all the blame on Lyn, for turning her back on their marriage vows when she got herself pregnant by another man. But this woman also has her fair share of ill feelings towards her husband. Here are some excerpts from their truly heartbreaking scene:

Lyn: "Nanganak ako, inintindi mo ba ako? Ako pa rin ang naglalaba, hindi mo ako tinutulungan. Parang hindi mo ako nakikita!

Jude: Hindi mo ba nakikita lahat ng sakripisyo ko? Umaga hanggang gabi, walang tulog kumakayod ako, para mabigay ko 'yung mga gusto mo, para matupad mga pangarap ko para satin! Tapos ganito ang isusukli mo?"

At some point, both of them cannot hold back the tears. All the emotions that's been cooped up inside just spilled out.

In the end, Raffy Tulfo was able to resolve the problem. However, it's clear that it will be a long time before we all get to move on from this moving story between the failed love of two individuals.

There wasn't a dry eye in the room when Meljude stood up to embrace his wife. He apologized for all his misgivings as a husband, and wished Lyngen well. It was a bittersweet moment when he walked away, tears in his eyes, but surely, less heaviness in his heart.
