Labis na Nagsisi ang Teacher na Ito Matapos Malaman Kung Bakit Nagtetext ang Estudyanteng Pinalabas Niya sa Klase!

Mrs. Pamittan is known as a harsh teacher in a school in Quezon City. No one dared talk out of order in her class, and all her students know better than to attempt to misbehave in her class, especially during exams. She had eyes like a hawk and would swoop down on you if she so much as suspects you are up to something inappropriate.

One day in her class, fear reigned down on everyone when a student named Mia failed to submit her assignment. It was quite simple. Mrs. Pamittan had asked everyone to print out a photograph of their favorite President, and write a one-page essay on why said president was their favorite!

It was an easy assignment compared to what Mrs. Pamittan usually sends out, so she was beside herself with fury when she learned that Mia was not able to do it at all.

Right then and there, she announced a surprise exam. Her classmates all looked at Mia with dagger eyes.

In the middle of that exam, Mrs. Pamittan let out a noise that would make even the bravest students cower.

"Mia! Are you seriously using your phone right now??"

All eyes turned to look at Mia, who turned red with shame. Mrs. Pamittan wasted no time. She humiliated Mia in front of the whole class before sending her out of the classroom.

"Hindi ka ba makatagal na hindi katext ang boyfriend mo? Naku, Mia, hindi ako magugulat kung bukas makalawa eh buntis ka na gawa ng kalanturan mo!"

Mia bolted out of the room, crying. She left her phone behind.

Mrs. Pamittan decided to check the phone, just to make sure that Mia wasn't texting anyone the answers to the exam. Heaven knows what she would do if she found traces of che4ting on that phone!

Instead, this is what she read:

Tears streamed down Mrs. Pamittan's face as she realized what she had done. She immediately ran out the room to seek Mia. After a few minutes of frantic searching, she heard loud crying in one of the girl's bathrooms.

There she found Mia, slumped on the floor, and could hardly breathe in between sobs. The usually-harsh teacher proceeded to hug her and apologized profusely.

"I'm sorry, Mia. I'm so very sorry!"

The experience served to teach a lesson that when we think we have every right to be angry, it still pays to take a few moments to understand and get to know the whole story behind any incident.

Empathy is priceless, after all.
