Solo Parent na May Polio,Hinangaan Dahil sa Pagtataguyod ng Apat na Anak Nakatanggap ng Scholarship at Trabaho

No one can keep a dry eye while learning about the story of Mang Allan, a solo parent who works day and night to provide a good life to his four children.

You might be thinking, well, it's pretty normal for single parents to experience hardships while taking on more than one role, right? Well, we think you might gain a whole new perspective when you learn that Allan is actually dealing with a medical condition!

Yes, Allan has to bear the brunt of having polio on top of raising four kids on his own. Thinking about it, his condition shouldn't matter much in his line of work. See, Allan works as a watch repair man. He could sit around all day so the polio doesn't bother him.

But remember that Allan has four more mouths to feed other than his own. Of course, he won't just sit around all day waiting for customers to find him!

That's right-- this gentle soul actually roams around busy streets to peddle his services! That's impressive as it is, when you think that the man puts his family's needs and convenience ahead of his own!

Remember that one of his legs is shorter than the other one, making it extra hard for him to do all this walking.

Because of his hard work, though, all four of Allan's children are in school. As if that isn't enough-- they are also actually excelling in school! This proves that their father was able to create a wonderful learning environment for all of them-- despite his situation and despite having to do all of it on his own!

Luckily, Allan's story caught the attention of Julius Babao, who has a show called Mission Impossible. It's a tribute show for the hardworking and the industrious-- and Allan of course fits the bill.

Aside from recognition of his efforts, Allan was even rewarded with scholarships for his youngest, while the show helped his elder children find jobs-- so that they can fend for themselves and ease some burden off of Allan's shoulders.
