True love accepts. True love understands. And most of all, true love waits. That's what Michael learned after two failed relationships which can be rooted to his economic status.

You see, in the country of Taiwan, Michael is one of those that are not very rich. He began working at a young age at a construction site with his father to help in his family's daily needs. One day, he decided to quit studying to become a full time construction worker and become the main breadwinner of their family. However, his girlfriend at the time, Irene, was against his decision. She told him that she will not be in a relationship with an illiterate.

That broke Michael's heart. He later learned that Irene went abroad without saying goodbye. Broken, Michael poured his heart and soul into his job and became good at his craft.

A few months later, he met Judy and the two fell in love. However, judging eyes again laid upon him after meeting Judy's mother. She mocked Michael and even went as far as saying that he has no future.

This struck a chord in Michael's heart. But what can he do? He's a simple construction worker, he has not finished his studies. What will become of him?

Well, to tell you simply, Michael's life changed just by being the honest and hardworking man he truly is. His friends at the construction site asked him to come with them with their application to work at another site in Australia. It means being away from his family but a better chance at life.

Michael was eager to grab this once in a lifetime opportunity.

Michael soon went back to Taiwan, learned and rich. He founded his own site and became a contractor. His luck has indeed turned!

He later found out that Irene was single after breaking up with her husband because of his infidelity. Meanwhile, Judy was still single because of her strict parents.

All of this made Michael reflect on his life and felt at ease. He may not have found love, but he found peace with himself. And he is sure that someday, yes someday, he'll find the love he deserves.
