Abi Kassem, the Filipino-Lebanese adult housemate in the Pinoy Big Brother house just became the first evictee of her batch. She fell short of Apey, Wakim, and Mark in the public vote. Of course, none of that would have happened if she was not nominated by her fellow housemates!

See, both Wakim and Andre gave her 2 points in the nomination event! It seemed like a general vibe that Abi was seen as "lazy" and "hard-headed."

It must have been painful for those who ship Abi and Andre. Yes, there are people who did that. If you could recall, Abi confessed that he had feelings for Andre on January 22! Some people got into the whole romantic vibe, but those who slammed Karina for his misfortunes before had another easy target for ire.

The confession went viral, with netizens vowing they would never save Abi if she was ever up for nomination.

As luck would have it, Andre himself made it happen! In the first place, Andre didn't really seem comfortable when Abi confessed her feelings. He explained that she might just be overwhelmed with the proximity, seeing as they were sort of locked in together without that many other people around.

Andre reminded Abi that she had a boyfriend waiting for her in the outside world, and that it would be unfair to the guy if romance starts to blossom between them two!

As for Abi, she quickly revealed in an interview that she regretted saying those things to and about Andre. She also cried to Big Brother that she was certainly going to miss the house and everything it stood for, now that she's back in the real world!
