For a couple, especially the wife, a wedding is a once in a lifetime event that you would want to be perfect. That's why a wedding should be meticulously planned and executed to make sure that your special day as husband and wife does not go to waste.

However, this unlucky couple, Michelle and Arnold Medilo, claimed that their wedding was ruined by their hired wedding planner, Ana Marie Atienza, from Art Imaging & Visuals Events Services.

Distraught, the newlywed couple sought the help of Idol Raffy Tulfo to iron out this issue.

The couple is demanding a full refund of PHP 50,000 for the supposed misgiving. According to Michelle, her special day was ruined because Ana did not follow their arrangement. She mentioned having paper plates for their use, flowers that looked like they're for an Interment, servers not wearing a proper attire, not following the set backdrop, and the absence of a floral arrangement as her basis for asking for a full refund.

When Raffy called the events organizer, she explained her side. The pictures show that the backdrop and the car are actually okay. She said that it took Michelle a long time to decide what backdrop to use from the 3 packages she liked. The paper plates were only used for pica-pica or finger foods and ceramic plates were used for the main dish. Other photos proved that the wedding was, in other words, a success.

But this nasty couple insisted on getting a full refund for just a few shortcomings. Ana even said that she agreed to give back only PHP 5,000 for the items she lacked but cannot pay for the full amount when the services were delivered quite properly.

However, Michelle kept on insisting that she be paid the full amount. Upon further asking, Raffy then found out that Michelle and Arnold's parents were the ones telling the two to demand a full refund from the organizer.

Raffy then advised the couple to just go to court if they insist that they should be paid for the full amount. He refused to help the couple since he was convinced that the services were rendered good, albeit a few hiccups.
