Teenager na Na-Coma, Biglang May Baby na Pagkagising sa Ospital! Paano ito nangyari?

How would you feel if one day, you woke up in the hospital, and suddenly the doctor wheels in a baby and tells you to meet your child! If you had no recollection of ever getting pregnant, how would you react?

This is the confusing yet amazing ordeal that 18-year-old Ebony Stevenson had to experience!

This mind-boggling story happened in the U.K. It started when Ebony started to get frequent headaches and seizures. In order to manage her condition well, doctors had to put her in a vegetative state. 

After some time, she was waken up from the state, and was told that she had a baby while bedridden.

Ebony was shocked to hear the news, since she didn't even know she was pregnant when she was first brought to the hospital! Apparently, the teenager had a condition called uterus didelphys, which meant she still got her period regularly even when she was already pregnant. 

As for her seizures, it was apparently caused by preeclampsia. That's why doctors had to perform a C-section-- to save the lives of both Ebony and her child.

It all must have come as a shock to the young lass, but of course she knows a miracle when she sees one. And for her, that's exactly what the baby is: a beloved gift from up above. She named the baby Elodie, and frequently describes her as the greatest thing that ever happened to her.

Even though Ebony said she didn't really want kids until she is almost 30, she immediately fell in love with her daughter the moment she laid eyes on her!

It was obviously an overwhelming experience for Ebony, but she vows to do whatever it takes to give her daughter a good life. She says she would be returning to college soon, while her mother takes care of her miracle baby!
