Man Learns A Lesson The Hard Way When He Tried To Steal From A Jiu-Jitsu Student

Nowadays, a lot of evil-minded people are out on the streets looking for people to victimize. Most of the time, these lawless thugs choose women and elderly for their victims, in some extreme cases, they even choose kids. This way, their victims will not be able to defend themselves.

Or so they thought.

This thug from Manaus, Brazil learned a very valuable lesson when he tried to steal a phone from a girl who was just standing in front of their home. Little did he and his companion know, this girl, even if she looks weaponless and harmless is an expert in using herself as a weapon.

A Jiu-Jitsu practitioner Sabrina Leite was just standing in front of their house when two men riding a motorcycle stopped and threatened her to give them her phone.

WEIGHING THE SITUATION

However, instead of getting scared and giving in to their demands, Sabrina weighed the situation. She noticed that they didn't have weapons on them that's why she stepped in and did not give way.

According to her, if she knows that they have weapons, she wouldn't have done what she did.

“I could feel that they didn’t have anything (weapons), they just arrived scarily saying ‘pass the phone.’ I saw they didn’t have anything and that’s why I reacted. If they had been armed I would never have reacted. He was running away. My neighbor went after him in the car and reached him. Then I ran and immobilized him with a sleeper hold, I lay on the ground and put him in an arm lock”

CHASE AND LOCKDOWN

The two thugs did not expect Sabrina to fight back, she chased them off and actually became successful in catching one of them. She immediately held the man, laid him on the ground and put him in an arm lock.

She held on to the man who was writhing in pain until the police arrived.
