Spoiled brat Chinese national, sinabuyan ng mainit na sabaw ang Pinay waitress

All commercial businesses have one common belief: “The customer is always right.” Business owners train their servers to provide customer satisfaction at all times. These may include any ridiculous requests customers might ask of them. On Facebook, a server or a waitress shared her frightening encounter with a Chinese customer.

Apparently, for an unidentified reason, the customer displayed a very upsetting behavior inside the restaurant. She threw the plates and bowls on her table filled with food. Fortunately, the CCTV caught the woman’s tantrums on camera. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough for her to be behind bars.

Marilaine Joanna Garcia Jarina, posted the horrible incident on Facebook. According to her post, it happened at a restaurant in Remedios Circle, Malate. She identified the Chinese customer as Aimi Wang, 24 years old from Ongpin Binondo, Manila.

Marilaine reported the incident to the police but apparently, the accused was able to escape through the precinct’s comfort room. Prior to her escape, Marilaine went to the hospital to get her eyes checked. She was unluckily hit by a hot soup when the woman threw the plates all over the restaurant.

Two hours later, the doctors told her that she is not the only patient at the hospital and many have more serious conditions. She decided to go back to the precinct and file a case against the woman. Her bad day did not end there.

When she arrived at the precinct, the policemen did not allow her to file a case without a medical certificate. This made her even more furious. She claimed that because the accused was a foreigner, they let her get away that easily. Now, she is seeking for the justice she deserves.

There is no confirmation whether or not her allegations against the policemen were true. Maybe it’s a police protocol to have a medical certificate. Requirements for filing a case depends on what charges you’d want to file, without it then yes, it’s possible that they cannot file the case, that is according to the law.
